PMoD to CRUVI Adapter

This is a very simple passive adaper from Digilent PMoD to CRUVI LS host slot. Purely passive wires only design between two connectors. Does not look very fancy. There is one extra M3 hole so it is possible to fix the adapter to some base in some cases. For the missing 5V there are mount

CRUVI Website created

Finally enabled CRUVI.COM domain, initially to forward to wordpress mini site. Just to show that CRUVI domain is registered and activated.
